Our Founder is not afraid to get down in the trenches to learn and collaborate with her clients to achieve operational excellence. Having managed multi-disciplinary teams as a Marketing Executive at both Fortune 500 companies as well as at top tier advertising firms, she has developed the requisite know-how to drive engagement in various channels, thus leading to new business growth and expanded market share for her clients. Her holistic approach stems from her experience across verticals, having served brands like Botox, Wolford, Starbucks, and Mondavi before they became famous; and having guided established brands like Stanford Shopping Center, Pfizer, Genentech and GSK. Additionally, she has been instrumental in helping her clients improve their ROI by maintaining a laser sharp focus on metrics that enhance customer success. Despite her many years of large company experience our founder works like an entrepreneur boot-strapping their first venture. This quality permeates her every action because early in her career she built a Retail E-commerce start-up from the ground up with an eventual liquidity event. Our founder imbues simplicity and good design, and encourages originality in every aspect. She enjoys traveling off the beaten path, and continues her childhood training in dance at the Alvin Ailey Dance Academy in NYC.

Our CFO Advisor embraces all things Tech and Retail, and given his extensive knowledge in both verticals he has a unique perspective on how the two will converge and disrupt many industries. He started his career at a $3B Tech company managing product & corporate development. Having been an investor and operator he has a good understanding of the levers that management teams need to pull to improve competitive positioning. He has guided Executive Leadership of public and private companies on increasing sustainable competitive advantage, enhancing ROIC, changing product roadmap, and exploring M&A or divestitures. He has also provided strategic advice to management teams on retooling compensation at various levels within their respective organizations to incentivize performance. His significant experience encompassing financial and operational groups gives him a unique perspective on analyzing opportunity costs and assessing risks beyond the obvious to allocate capital that will benefit the long-term. Some of his past investments have been Lululemon, Salesforce.com, Tableau, LendingClub, and VF Corp. among others. Our CFO holds a MBA from Wharton.
